Our ‘umai staff recommendation’ series finds a member of staff and forces them into the limelight with their view of the best tasting food at umai by Japan Centre.

This week we have Nari, our graphic designer and marketing manager who is responsible for all the awesome design work you see at umai and Japan Centre.

Nari is a loyal fan of chicken karaage, so much so that you can find him munching on it almost every day! Made with perfectly seasoned and grilled crispy chicken karaage, fluffy organic white or brown rice, some pickles and a slice of boiled egg, it’s easy to see how Nari can eat this every day!
